Kento Nakamura was born in Kawasaki, located in Kanagawa Prefecture in 2003. He was raised in Atami City and graduated from Ito High School in Shizuoka Prefecture. He is currently enrolled in the Department of Design and Agriculture at Tokyo University of Agriculture.
At an early age, Kento was impressed by the design of sea shells that he discovered at the Manazuru Municipal Endo Shell Museum. Later on, he continued to research shells and discover their beauty. He continues to search for shells and photograph them for his “Nakamura Collection.” Kento enjoys taking photographs from different perspectives. His photographs capture the beauty in things usually unseen. He has a great eye for the perspective in everyday items.
Kento’s exhibition at the ADC Gallery will be shared for one month. He will be presenting his photographs to the public for the first time. The exhibit will also include the photograph images of Paul Kurklen. The photos that will accompany the exhibit will consist of spaces in Atami. The joint exhibition will incorporate both concepts nicely into the photographic theme established by Nakamura-San.
中村健人は2003年に神奈川県川崎市で生まれました。熱海市で育ち、静岡県立伊東高校を卒業しました。現在、東京農業大学デザイン農学部に在籍しています。
幼い頃、真鶴市遠藤貝殻博物館で見た貝殻に感銘を受けました。その後、彼は貝殻の探求を続け、その美しさを発見しました。彼は貝殻を探し続け、「中村コレクション」の写真を撮り続けています。ケントはさまざまな視点から貝殻の写真を撮ることを楽しんでいます。彼の写真は、通常では注目されない部分の美しさを捉えています。彼は常にその視点に目を光らせています。
ADCギャラリーでのケントの展示会は1ヶ月間開催されます。彼は初めて自分の写真を発表します。展示にはポール・クルクレンの写真作品も含まれます。展示される写真は、熱海のもので構成されます。合同展では、中村さんが設定した写真のテーマに、両方のコンセプトをうまく取り入れていきます。
